  They are a good fast food. I like their sliders! They always give good service and are quick. The food is fresh because they're so busy nothing under a heat lamp for long.

  Without exaggeration, this is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Seriously.
  Waited 35 minutes, when it was minimally busy for a simple order.
  It was like a hidden camera show it was so bad. The cashier didn't know the menu or how to run a credit card.
  He literally asked me for help running the card on his machine.
  I asked for the manager and she didn't seem to think any of this was a problem. Even when I called her a second time after I was waiting for 15 minutes for my food.
  We got the wrong order and the fries were cold after all of this. Plus, the ice machine was out of ice, and the place was a wreck.
